 Design:
GMN backstops with momentum lever are made of a complete unit
type FND 400 and a momentum lever. Function: For proper function
it is important to avoid any fixation of the momentum lever
because this would cause a misalignment of the inner and
outer ring of the clutch.
Torque:
Backstops are able
to transmit nominal torque mounted on solid shafts. Mounted
on hollow shafts the transmittable torque decreases. In this
case please contact our technical staff to receive a calculation
on the transmittable torque in your application.
