The employed RS seal reliably seal out grease and dust, but are not suitable protection against the presence of liquids.

Assembly

For pressed in or on freewheel-cluch rings, no retainers are necessary for axial or radial security. Please note that even keywayed inner rings have to be pressfitted for proper function.

When mounting freewheel-clutches with bearings, do not apply pressure to bearing balls. With the “RS” style it is necessary to specify clutch engagement direction.
